Called as Makan Lokal Gang with a WA group created for greater communication & trip planning with each wish list to visit & food to eat 😋
Before depart, similarly all did COVID-19 self test at home 🏡 & each tested negative, yes ✅, being responsible to self & travelmates #kitajagakita
Of course social distancing, mask 😷 on & hand sanitizing if needed throughout , a way to embrace the travel 🆕 norm. Yes ✅, be responsible for yourself, your good friends & stay protected always

6️⃣th trip ~ Indian Cuisine @ Subang Jaya, Selangor
All craving for I dian cuisine, in fact banana leaf, however the restaurant we went for only served it for lunch, we were there for dinner 😆
Instead, we ordered bamboo vegetables briyani 🎍& cheese naan 🧀🫓 to pair with other dishes, the foods all so so good 😋💯👍🏻

It’s now durian season & all fancy durians, so this met up to enjoy kampung durian from Johor

🔟kg of kampung durian enjoyed by 3 foodies here 😂😆, happy satisfied tummy

Jugra Insitu Museum
It’s a prison museum
It’s located at the foot of Jugra Hill. It is the 1️⃣st police 👮♂️ station in Selangor before it was moved to Bukit Aman
Guess what❓⁉️
It also housed a prison. The building was found ruined so badly, however it’s now restored carefully to resemble the original building
But but …It was closed, so gonna plan another visit here…

It’s learning time to study about fish psychology from Phil, yes ✅, a crash course & started with theory 1️⃣st
Then, practical to fishing 🎣 at Waterpark Amverton Cove, lol 😆😆 Will SiennyLovesDrawing gets a fish 🐟 to pass this crash course exam, wishing her good luck ya 🤞🏻🍀💪🏻
Ended up Phil caught a big fish & enjoyed a ginger steam & nyonya steam as dinner at USJ, SiennyLovesDrawing forgot the restaurant name 😂 Too hungry to enjoy at that time, hahaha 🤣😆

1️⃣st trip ~ Negeri Sembilan & Malacca
We met up at Fan Yoon Restaurant, USJ7 for breakfast. Have ordered dry pan mee & 2️⃣ Char Siew Paus to share as on foodies trip, so to save tummy space for next makan 😆🤣
Absolutely recommended the dry pan mee here, it’s tasty & with big portions. Also the tasty yummy Char Siew Pau serving here, a must try 😋👍🏻

Next, departed to enjoy seafood lunch at The Street Crab & Lala Restaurant, Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
The foods here still very tempting delicious 😋🤤 with fresh crab 🦀 & lala, really a happy eats here
Menu ordered were hot spicy crab 🦀 with fried buns, fried prawn balls, vegetables & lala soup
Ohh ya…Must order the fried prawn 🦐 balls as recommended by the restaurant owner, it’s freshly made with prawns on the spot, not ready made & kept in freezer. It’s tangy addictive to enjoy a ball after another ball, really tasty 😋👍🏻

Yeah‼️ After a satisfied happy seafood lunch, proceed the trip to visit Army Museum Port Dickson

Worth a visit & highly recommended as an educational trip for kids to learn more about the army history & some past war stories in Malaysia 🇲🇾
The exhibits here can be a great OOTDs spot for those love to capturing moments in photos or videos. SiennyLovesDrawing & her friends had great 👍🏻 time here

It was a hot sunny ☀️😎 day, so after the museum visit, all agreed to enjoy some cold drinks. Kyoko found a nearby cendol place named PD Famous Cendol Coconut Shake Power. Hurray‼️
Hmm…The cendol & coconut shake here are not so good as it claimed. Phil prefers the Nyonya Cendol in Summit USJ while SiennyLovesDrawing prefers the Klebang coconut shake frankly

It was surprised that it’s actually in Malacca, wow 😲
If time permits, do spare some time to slow walk or hike up till the light house for a peak view of Straits of Malacca here

Personally, she loves the chill relaxing sitting down @ Pasir Panjang to chit chat while the cosy wind blow 🌬️🍃 A memorable catching up here

Also concluded this foodie day trip by enjoyed 福记正宗乌鲁音卤面 Hock Kee Ulu Yam Loh Mee – Subang Jaya USJ1 as dinner 🍲
The Loh Mee serves here is tasty delicious & her Japanese friend, Kyoko actually enjoyed without adding in black vinegar, the normal way of enjoying this noodles 🍜
Hmm…Just a personal tasting preference, the black vinegar serves here not as good as what SiennyLovesDrawing home cooking brand that she recently shopping online from Singapore, you may check it out if you love black vinegar too
Ohh ya…Apart from Loh Mee, do order to enjoy the juicy fried chicken wings served here, it’s really addictive tasty 😋 to enjoy
