Kwong Sup Ikan

She has enjoyed a big bowl of bitter gourd soup vermicelli with a mix of both fresh fish & fried fish slices as lunch here

The fresh fish slice is tasty to enjoy with a sense of fresh sweetness, while she is not to enjoy the fried fish slice, she prefers more dried fried, as she doesn’t really like the taste of flour coated on the fish slice. Just her own tasting preference ya ā˜ŗļø

The bitter gourd soup base is slightly plain to her taste buds & not bitter. She would have preferred a thicker bitter taste soup base. She has tried a sip of the tomatoes soup šŸ…šŸ² base from her travel mate’s bowl, it tastes better as compared to bitter gourd

This 2ļøāƒ£D1ļøāƒ£N FAM trip was well organised šŸ‘šŸ» by Holiday Link Sdn Bhd & being supported by Tourism Selangor, Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated, Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association (MITA) & Majlis Pengurusan Komuniti Kampung (MPKK) Bagan Pulau Ketam

.

The trip 1ļøāƒ£st started with a meet up of all trip participants (Mostly tourism players, travel agents, travel companies & tour guide) & then departed from South Port Passenger Terminal, Port Klang for a speed boat šŸ›„ļø ride with Huat Huat Speedboat of approximately 30mins to Pulau Ketam šŸ¦€šŸ

Safe arrival to Pulau Ketam, met & greeted with the tour guide from Pulau Ketam, Mr Loo & then captured a group photo šŸ“ø @ KETAM signboard. All trip participants then left their luggage at Sea Lion Hotel for Pulau Ketam guided walking tour of approximately 3ļøāƒ£ hours

During this walkingšŸš¶šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøtour, all trip participants get to explore the islandā€™s local community & facilities ie. Balai Bomba šŸš’šŸ§‘ā€šŸš’ Sukarela, Government clinic of šŸ’Æ years old šŸ„, police station, Maybank šŸ§šŸ¦, power station ā›½, temple ā›©ļø, 3ļøāƒ£ primary schools & 1ļøāƒ£ secondary school šŸ«, the only 1ļøāƒ£ dried prawn processing factory on the island šŸ , several seafood wholesalers, street wall art & many more

.

After the walking tour, all enjoyed tasty fresh seafood lunch served in Restoran Heng Heng Kopitiam šŸ½ļøšŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ»

After lunch, met with Tok Chua Kim Lin, the President of Majlis Pengurusan Komuniti Kampung (MPKK) Bagan Pulau Ketam, Negeri Selangor. Tok Chua Kim Lin has encouraged all trip participants to organise more tours/ trips to visit to Pulau Ketam. During the met-up session, Mr. Kenny Ng, Vice President (VP) Inbound of MITA has suggested to Tok Chua Kim Lin to organise more cleaning & rubbish collection campaigns as rubbish are observed during the walking tour in Pulau Ketam & this may affect the potential tourism growth of this island to the tourists. This session ended with a tea time treat by MPKK Bagan Pulau Ketam @ Restoran Heng Heng Kopitiam šŸ½ļøšŸ„£šŸ¤šŸ„¤šŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ»Ā  as an appreciation to all trip participants

Checked in to Sea Lion Hotel šŸØšŸ›ļø, then the trip participants also get to enjoy an approximately 2ļøāƒ£ hours Pulau Ketam boat tour šŸ›„ļø to visit the fish farm, Sg. Lima, eagle šŸ¦… feeding, dolphin (Yes āœ…, all so happy as seen some small dolphins šŸ¬šŸ¬ from far), fish wall art & Mangrove Villa homestay inspection

Do check out her happy boat tour ride TikTok clip captured via šŸ“¹šŸŒ

All trip participants ended the day with a satisfied fresh seafood platter dinner at Restoran Jia Jia šŸ½ļøšŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ€¼ōŽ°Š

The highlight of this trip that SiennyLovesDrawing really enjoyed personally is the visit & environmental awareness program at the Pulau Ketam Tzu Chi Environmental Protection Recycling Station (Tzu Chi) ā™»ļø which established since 25 Oct 2011 in Pulau Ketam šŸ¦€šŸļø

All trip participants get to participate in the local environmental awareness program with Tzu Chi volunteers. The program started with an introduction of Tzu Chi Association & their go green šŸ’šā™»ļø efforts by Tzu Chi Association in Pulau Ketam to raise the environmental awareness. From this session, all trip participants got to know that the rubbish condition in Pulau Ketam šŸ¦€šŸļø has been improved better since the go green awareness efforts by Tzu Chi to the local island residents here , of course it can be improved greater for a cleaner Pulau Ketam in near future for the local island residents as well as local & foreign visitors

.

Next, a warm up body session with a light aerobic exercise led by the Tzu Chi volunteers. Then, followed with a split of 2ļøāƒ£ groups trip participants for an outdoor activity to the nearby recycle collection station to assemble & classification of reusable resources, then collected all the reusable resources into the reusable fish nets & returned to Pulau Ketam Tzu Chi Environmental Protection Station ā™»ļø

After the group photo šŸ“ø session of all trip participants with the reusable resources collected, hand washing session & then the reusable resources processing explanation session by Tzu Chi volunteers. All trip participants get to understand the brief features of the processing & transferring reusable ā™»ļøāœ… resources by the different grade of plastics

It’s really not easy to do recycling šŸ’šā™»ļø, of course the 1ļøāƒ£st buy in of the local residents to willingly put in the reusable resources into the collection station set up. However, there are a minority of local residents that misused the collection station as another dustbin on the island šŸ™„

After the collection of reusable resources, SiennyLovesDrawing šŸ‘©šŸ» has learnt that lots of tedious works involved especially the separation of different parts of a plastic reusable resources collected. Other reusable resources collected are glass šŸ¾, boxes/ cardboard šŸ“¦, papers šŸ—žļø, books šŸ“š, CDs etc.

Guess whatā“ā‰ļø

Glass bottles šŸ¾šŸ¾ can be recycled by using a special machine to crushing them into small glass pieces, then can be mixed into soil for plantation šŸŒ±šŸŒæšŸŒ³ purposes

Amazing learning gained šŸ‘šŸ»

Yeahā€¼ļø A yummy healthy vegetarian lunch šŸ½ļøšŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ» prepared by Tzu Chi volunteers as an appreciation to all trip participants for their visit & go green activity participation by all trip participants

All enjoyed the lunch happily šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜

.

The program is then followed by Q&A, as well as an experience sharing session. During the sharing session, Tzu Chi volunteers have encouraged all the trip participants to include an environmental awareness session in their tours or trips organised moving forward, so that more people will be encouraged to start their own go green habits respectively šŸ’šā™»ļøšŸŒŽ

Ms Yap SC of Holiday Link Sdn Bhd, the trip organiser has shared her appreciation šŸ™šŸ»šŸ’— to all trip participants for their participation in this FAM trip & encouraged all trip participants to start organising similar environmental awareness tours/ trips moving forward

Ms Yik Thim of Tourism Selangor shared that her shopping habit now is too lazy to buy šŸ›ļø It means if she knows she will throw the item subsequently, she will not buy it now āŒšŸ›ļø It’s a good way to reduce on 3ļøāƒ£R efforts. She has added that she does home cooking šŸ§‘šŸ»ā€šŸ³, so now she uses her kitchen waste / food waste from her daily home cooking preparation as home plant fertilizer. Then, her home plant šŸŒæšŸŒ± will then grow as her own home cooking ingredients. Amazing way of being environmentally friendly šŸ’ššŸŒŽ

.

Ms Jennifer of Tzu Chi has added that parcels šŸ“¦ from online shopping actually causing lots of headache in Tzu Chi’s recycle efforts especially the sticking tape on the parcel šŸ“¦ box that the Tzu Chi volunteers have to remove the tapes from each parcel box šŸ“¦ during the process of recycling the reusable resources

Mr, Kenny Ng, VP Inbound of MITA has suggested to Tzu Chi volunteers to collaborate more with the associations outside of Pulau Ketam šŸ¦€šŸļø, also to start influencing the younger generations to educate them on 3ļøāƒ£R efforts ie. Reduce, Reuse & Recycle ā™»ļø. Those can reuse or repair, don’t buy šŸ†• one

At the end of this trip, many trip participants have agreed šŸ’ÆšŸ‘šŸ» to organise more eco & environmental awareness tours moving forward & start with own self 1ļøāƒ£st & then influencing people around on go green ā™»ļø habits ~ 3ļøāƒ£Rs for a better planet šŸŒŽ to live in

Yes āœ…, let’s all continue to do our part for a better living environment, each of us play an important role in go green efforts ya šŸ’ŖšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»

Do check out SiennyLovesDrawing šŸ‘©šŸ»‘s happy participation of this environmental recycling activities TikTok clip captured via šŸ“¹šŸŒ

https://www.tiktok.com/@siennylovesdraw/video/7136333142108982554

In addition, every 3ļøāƒ£rd Sunday of each month is designated as Tzu Chi Recycling Day nationwide in Malaysia šŸ‡²šŸ‡¾, so the public can just drop by any Tzu Chi Recycling Centre/ Point ā™»ļø to volunteer time in sorting out recyclables at the centre & safeguard the Earth šŸŒŽ hand in hand, more details via šŸŒ https://www.tzuchi.my/en/join-us/recycling-centres

SiennyLovesDrawing šŸ‘©šŸ» would like to recommend this as an educational activity for our younger generation especially to impart environmental knowledge, raise environmental awareness & encourage all to protect our Mother Earth through practical actions ā™»ļøšŸ‘šŸ»

Alternatively, if you’re a corporate or schools that would like to organise group visit with program etc. to Tzu Chi Recycling Centre ā™»ļø, you may submit your application form to Tzu Chi for arrangement via šŸŒ https://creatorapp.zohopublic.com/tcapps_tzuchi/mos/form-perma/Tzu_Chi_s_Caring_for_Community/CGrzWfhMDZyxNAvbT7GYfUuKv7mYa80zheU29OQyf1BPnreT91xXeznj3w89vVRtsDTTuJuG5qGCdRb6KwjqZZubxWM4ECHEp91u

Heritage historical tour @ Hulu Selangor , Malaysia

Day 1

It was a raining day šŸŒ§ļøā˜” with sharp departure from Matic KL to Serendah @ 7.40am, the name Serendah in Malaysia’s national language ~ Bahasa Malaysia reflects that this area is located at a low level

Went straight to Macau street, Serendah for breakfast. This is the only Macao street that remains now from the total 5ļøāƒ£ Macao streets in the world šŸŒŽ ie. Kuala Lumpur, Serendah, Malacca, Penang & Singapore. This street will be a food street of Serendah in the future as shared by Mr Andy Pah during lunch of that day

.

Highly recommended the tea egg dessert served at Kedai Kopi Yee Kee. The egg well boiled in sweet tea soup, yum yum šŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ» SiennyLovesDrawing & her friend were lucky to enjoy this well known dessert @ 9am. It normally ready to serve around 10am. She loves this hot dessert as tasted it for the 1st time. A must try ya šŸ˜€ They were sharing a table with a retired couple, had a good chat with them, a happy breakfast

Then, visited the Hock Leng Keng Temple åŒę–‡äø¹ē¦éˆå®« which founded in 1869. It’s a 150 years old Taoism temple with a museum to visit to learn the history of this temple & Serendah. It used to be a medical temple for the village residents, especially kids here. SiennyLovesDrawing got impressed by how well this temple is being maintained till now

.

Met officials, Mr Andy Pah from Balairaya Serendah & Mr Lee, the acting president of Hokkien Association. Listened to their explanation about this old temple history, as well as Serendah history

AddressšŸ“: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uT7XprLrkTp3fjFE9

Then, group photos & enjoyed hosting tasty yummy lunch & chit chat together with the Hokkien Association members @ Restaurant 218

During the lunch, Mr Andy Pah informed that the Temple Street of Serendah actually with 7ļøāƒ£ temples & some with over 100 years. That’s really full of historical values. Next @ llmio Cafe 古ęƛäŗŗčŒ¶é¤å®¤ to meet ADUN KKB Madam Lee Kee Hiong & cafe owner, Ms Shu Xuan

Once stepped in, personally she loves the dining & tea time vibes in this cafe, especially love the antiques collections exhibited here

The cafe founder actually studied in Taiwan & decided to be back to her hometown & started this cafe & also a homestay ę¬¢å–œå±… ā˜•šŸ˜ļø

Enjoyed a juicy story telling session about KKB from Ms Shu Xuan & started the heritage walk with her. SiennyLovesDrawing also personally suggested to her to inform the relevant authorized person of Galeri Sejarah KKB to consider adding all the gallery info exhibited in English so foreign visitors will have a chance to read & understand the KKB history from this gallery. Many foreign travellers love to visit the museum of a local place on a travel journey, so it’s important for this gallery to add in the English version of all exhibited information

AddressšŸ“: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XddEfbPHKhKnZqhz7

.

Oldest temple in KKB ~ Guan Yin Gu See Temple č§‚éŸ³å¤åÆŗ. Since 1904 & with the donation collected here, they built the Kek Lok Si temple in Penang. It was called as tortoise temple earlier, there is a pond at the temple with lots of tortoises šŸ¢šŸ¢ in it

Guess what ā“ā‰ļø

This temple was safe & not affected by any KKB floods, that’s so magical to be believed by the KKB residents here

AddressšŸ“:https://maps.app.goo.gl/y2pR67N8kHWjxWVZA

Next, visit to the 岳山古åŗ™ another old temple since 1895 & also called as Rainbow Temple because you will be amazed with the colourful rainbow šŸ˜šŸŒˆ staircases here while visiting this temple ā›©ļø

Last stop of this heritage tour @ Sungai Selangor Dam. It was completed in 2002 flooding the valley of Gerachi Jaya & Pertak off KKB & resettling the native indigenous communites that lived here to a šŸ†• nearby village

It’s a picturesque dam, hence explained that it’s a popular stopover for photos & videos, also fishing activities. It welcomes its visitors to its recreational park to appreciate the picturesque view of the massive lake where a spillway drops water to control the dam’s level

You may visit the Splash Info Center which is located along its main road that offers a gallery & information about this dam project. It’s with šŸ†“ admission from Tue to Sun, 9am to 4pm

Day 2

Breakfast & enjoyed morning walks around the hotel stay

Hulu Selangor tourism products updates & sharing session by KKB Paragliding Team & MITA Vice President, Ms Min Leong

Went shopping for some local Ulu Yam products at the Swee Yen Retail ē‘žå›å•†åŗ—. Her travelmates have shared that the handmade bihun here is tasty from their prior shopping experience here

It also owned a restaurant that serves famous Ulu Yam noodles, SiennyLovesDrawing has not personally tried it, so unable to share whether nice or not from her experience ya

AddressšŸ“: https://maps.app.goo.gl/u1dpyVks3vckzYnk8
Online official store: https://shope.ee/9UNlYpBeld

At the same row, you may check out the Ulu Yam Noodles Making Shop named Five Q Brothers Enterprise, this is the only factory based & open to the public to see how they make the noodles in Ulu Yam. The other 4 noodles producers are home based

Guess whatā“ā‰ļø

The noodles here have superb elastic, you can just keep polling the noodles & it allows you to pull very very long. Amazing handmade skill lies behind the noodles dough šŸ‘šŸ»

You may shop for their fresh making noodles from here. If it keeps in the fridge, it will last for 2 months. If in freezer, up to 2 months

Happy satisfied tummy with superb tasty lunch @ Restaurant Aik Khoon

She loves almost all the dishes served at lunch here, highly recommended the Tom Yam prawn in coconut, beer stout chicken wings, salted egg fried pumpkin & tofu

She really enjoyed the sweet tom yam with great šŸ‘šŸ» coconut fragrance of this prawn dish, absolutely tasty each sip of the soup while chewing on the fresh prawn šŸ¦šŸ˜‹šŸ‘šŸ» If you’re not a spicy fan, this dish is not very spicy with the well blend of coconut sweetness

Ohh my…Almost everyone on the table loves the beer stout chicken wing, it was well deep fry, not oily at all & well coated with beer stout, so delicious tasty to enjoy every bite of it

Honestly she can just none stop eating the salted egg pumpkin, it’s so addictive tasty šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤ Moreover she is a salted egg lover

Their own made tofu absolutely smooth tasty to enjoy , she loves the appetizing gravy with a pinch of wine fragrance & taste

Superb happy tummy from this lunch

World of Phalaenopsis ~ Beautiful orchids farm visit & cafe. From the satisfied lunch, she didn’t dine in this cafe, instead she enjoys walking & exploring this place, got amazed with many beautiful blooming orchids plants in many different colours here

During her visit, she had a good chat with the orchids care worker & understood that the yellow orchids are precious one as not many, compared to those white & purple ones. It’s quite easy to take care the plants by spraying water few times a week

There are also lotus pond & ducklings pond. The kids can enjoy feeding the swimming ducklings with just RM1ļøāƒ£ for the feeding food packet

Last stop at Seven Wells for photos & heading back to KL, home sweet home šŸ” to conclude this 2ļøāƒ£D1ļøāƒ£N trip at Hulu Selangor, Malaysia šŸ‡²šŸ‡¾. It’s also known as Perigi Tujuh Serendah. It’s a popular tourist spot in Serendah & it was built to resist floods in Serendah. To SiennyLovesDrawing personally, this is an important heritage spot to visit to learn more about Serendah history & the advancement of technology at that time for flood preventing

However, during this visit, she is sad to see the rubbish & not well taken care of this place. Special thanks to 1 of her travelmate, Ms MC who have shared the before photo captured from her visit in Aug 2020 that the Seven Wells were all functioning with cleaner surrounding at that time

At present, there are 2 wells that no longer with water šŸ’¦ Sigh…She wishes the relevant authorities can actually take some appropriate action to well maintain this beautiful site as Malaysia is slowly resuming tourism activities at the moment. Also to have all Seven Wells all functioning well again as its purpose of preventing unpredictable flood in the future

AddressšŸ“: https://maps.app.goo.gl/6HTCgm2Mus5KNdHh9

This trip, she has not visit to Alor Lempah aka Ampang Pecah. It’s a picnic šŸ§ŗ site is just like a mini ā€œNiagara Fallsā€ in Malaysia šŸ‡²šŸ‡¾, no need to fly šŸ›« to USA šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡² ya šŸ˜

It’s actually a man-made weir & used for flood mitigation & it spans across the width of the river. If it rained the night before, the water volume is high & with impressive water view here šŸ˜

Day 1ļøāƒ£

Her Premium Flex with Air Asia flight has departed to Kota Kinabalu (KK) from Kuala Lumpur International airport (KLIA2) @ 5.30am

Guess whatā“ā‰ļø

SiennyLovesDrawing was nearly missed her flight for the 1ļøāƒ£st time ever, she was lucky šŸ€ that she didn’t, so you all still get to read her stories here šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£

Unsure & don’t know why she wrongly remembered the Boarding Gate for her flight. Actually she got an angel šŸ˜‡ who he helped to take her photo – Kota Kinabalu wall at departure hall. He asked, which is your boarding gateā“ā‰ļø She confidently answered Gate K šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø, if she bothered to recheck her boarding pass again, she would definitely saved her energy to run & rush to the other end for the correct boarding gate that early morning

She was thankful šŸ™šŸ» that she got on the flight šŸ›« to KK, she felt blessed. So, moral of this story to you all, do recheck your boarding gate before you walk towards it to wait for your flight boarding, if missed a flight is definitely not good ya

It’s really feeling good while on board with flight āœˆļø after 2ļøāƒ£++ years, enjoyed looking out the flight window to feel the warm sun šŸ”† rays & seeing the dancing clouds ā˜ļø up close while enjoyed her favourite flight meal ~ Santan Nasi Lemak Pak Nasser

Actually these art displays at airports are part of the National Art Gallery & Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB) initiative ie. During the journey, has passed by & stopped for toilet break at this highlands area named Tambunan, it’s with beautiful nature green šŸ’š scenery along the journey, fresh air & cold ā„ļøšŸ„¶ weather. Next time SiennyLovesDrawing wanna visit here again

Yeahā€¼ļø Dropped by to takeaway the famous Lai Pao Chicken Wings @ Keningau ā˜ŗļø Special thanks to Ms DG for her recommendation, SiennyLovesDrawing fit to enjoy a slightly sweet taste coated fried chicken wings here, it’s yummy tasty šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤ to chew on the juicy tender bites, however just slightly oily, it was a nice try ya

Arrived 7pm @ Keningau & had Bak Kut Teh dinner @ Restaurant Yau Hau Fook Bak Kut Teh Keningau

Frankly, 1ļøāƒ£st time she tasted NO herbs taste & slightly salty Bak Kut Teh

HmmSiennyLovesDrawing is not gonna recommending this shop, hence no location details to be shared

Her travel mates have shared that the other Bak Kut Teh shop named Ho Peng Cafe (ie. same row as this shop), it serves better Bak Kut Teh, so perhaps worth to try if you happen to be at Keningau then. If you do, welcome to share your foodie feedback with her ya ā˜ŗļø

After dinner, checked in to Mee Woo Resort & Spa for a comfy night rest as the bed šŸ›Œwas clean & comfy

Hmm…Her hotel room not a very well maintained room, the water heater was not very hot, the ventilation fan not working well with not pleasant smells, also she spotted a baby cockroach in her wash room šŸŖ³šŸ˜³šŸ¤Æ

Then, she was really disappointed that the wifi was so weak & unable to connect in the room. Hope it improves better then

It’s worth checking out its swimming pool with slides (Including kids pool) aka water park here. For non hotel guests, you may pay an entrance fee to enter & enjoy this water park šŸžļø It offers spa services with reasonable price within it

SiennyLovesDrawing has not checked out the pools & spa services during this stay

To Kg. Batu Lunguyan, Keningau to meet with Ms Emily Jeneble (IG: emilyjeneble) to learn the Kelarai Craft lesson

It’s a bamboo weaving workshop, hmm…not so easy for SiennyLovesDrawing to even learn the basics ie. Pattern Sinab-Sab . She got lost in counting the numbering to do the weaving, lol šŸ˜‚

Ms Emily is patiently explained to her again & again, then she got it & managed to do the base for her coaster. Then, Ms Emily allowed her to choose the top pattern ie. Puvok (Owl šŸ¦‰ design) & helped her to sew the edges & finished a coaster, yeah šŸ‘šŸ»

Hmm…It’s the largest ironwood (Kayu Berlian, it was believed that if the tree trunk kept longer it will turn as diamond šŸ’ŽšŸ’) building in Borneo aka Murut palace, it’s located in Kampung Inalisan Pulong, Tenom

Her travelmates & herself enjoyed trying the colourful Murut costumes, Tuka Tuka ~ the Murut Custom, blow pipe, Langsaran (Trampoline) etc.

A good experience to explore this centre to learn more about the history & cultures of Murut tribes. There is an area on jars usage in ancient time in this gallery that no camera allowed as it’s a respect to a real submission of “Tangkal” ie. Coffin āš°ļø in a vase to display in the center

Lunch at Borenos Fried Chicken, Alamesra (šŸ†• outlet since Apr 2022) & with a privilege to meet & chat with the friendly founder, Ms Janice

It’s a Sabahā€™s local healthier version of fried chicken as Ms Janice herself loves fried chicken personally, less oily, yet crispy juicy to chew on. It’s famous for full-spring chicken šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ˜‹

SiennyLovesDrawing personally loves her 1ļøāƒ£st bite chew on the fried chicken drumstick šŸ—, the tasty juicy with great šŸ‘šŸ» fragrant in her mouth šŸ‘„, absolutely satisfied. A must try local Sabah friend chicken

Enjoyed a big bowl of bitter gourd soup vermicelli with a mix of both fresh fish & fried fish slices as lunch @ šŸ“ Kwong Sup Ikan. Surprisingly that the name of the soup in Cantonese/Mandarin “ę±Ÿé±¼ä»””, it means anchovies, however none of the dishes related to it, perhaps the soup base šŸ¤”

Hmm…Before joining, SiennyLovesDrawing was curious šŸ¤”ā“ā‰ļø

  • What’s the ratio/ portionā“
  • Fermentation in room temperatureā“
  • Need to stir it? If yes, for how many daysā“
  • What’s the nutrition of Pitaya enzymeā“
  • How to keep the Pitaya enzymeā“

Guess whatā“ā‰ļø

The secret ingredients & tools are simple, just the dragon fruits, lemon & brown sugar, knife šŸ”Ŗ & glass bottle. The instructor has shared that must use glass bottle for Pitaya Enzyme DIY making, else it will fail…So, do remember ya

The DIY pitaya enzyme steps also easy to follow from the instructor’s guidance,

  1. Wash hand & fruits, then clean & slice the fruits with knife šŸ”Ŗ
  2. Put in all the ingredients layer by layer in the glass bottle
  3. Once full, close the lid & store the glass bottle in a cool & dry place. No need to place in fridge yet
  4. Do shake the bottle gently everyday to get the brown sugar to coat the fruits nicely
  5. The pitaya enzyme should be ready in approximately 3ļøāƒ£ weeks
  6. However, once opening the lid for consumption, do place the enzyme in fridge. The šŸ†’ temperature will slow down the fermentation process & delay the enzyme from turning into vinegar

Do check out SiennyLovesDrawing’s happy DIY pitaya enzyme TikTok clip captured & more photos via šŸ“øšŸŒ https://www.facebook.com/100004950135932/posts/1779598448881809/
