Last weekend, SiennyLovesDrawing had a friends ๐Ÿ‘ช๐Ÿ‘ญcatch up at Dairy Tooth Ice House (DT). It is originated from HK ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ with its 1st outlet in Malaysia ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ or its 1st leap into the Southeast Asia market.

Ice House ๅ†ฐๅฎค was popular in the 50s & 60s in HK ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ where it sells the cold drinks ๐Ÿนโ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿฅ›& light bites ๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿฅž. Generally, ice house is filled with local culture, people-friendly ambience with helpful staff that normally very familiar with the local community. It often with the nostalgic touch of decoration e.g. the small grid tiles, dark green window frames, vintage tables etc.

DT is founded by Summer Beverage Trading back in HK ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ, and it has ventured into China’s ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ market in 2015 with its name โ€œDa Tong Ice Houseโ€ & with slightly more than a year, it has set up about 1,008 chain stores which located in 143 cities of 30 provinces in China. Silky milk tea โ˜•๏ธ is a signature drink of DT. DT uses red tea ๐Ÿƒfrom Sri Lanka ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ฐ & evaporated milk  ๐Ÿฅ›from Netherlands ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ (Black & White Evaporated Milk).

SiennyLovesDrawing loves the hot โ€œying yongโ€ (or called as โ€˜chamโ€ in Malaysia) served. She enjoyed it as it added more tea fragrance with creamier, silkier & smoother touch ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‹

Another signature of DT is their yellow in colour egg ๐Ÿฅš puffs with a bee hive shape & with the fragrance of eggs. You will feel special after a bite with its crispy exterior & fluffy interior. SiennyLovesDrawing & her friends have tried both the original & seaweed egg puffs. She loves both ๐Ÿ˜‹

She also enjoyed very much the chocolate ๐Ÿซ toast. The toast was nicely baked with thick layers of chocolate powder, most important it is not very sweet though ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

She has packed a jar of Mong Kok mango jelly milk tea for her parents ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿป to taste it. It came with a glass jar which SiennyLovesDrawing intends to turn it into a handrawn art glass lamp after her parents consume the drink then. It was an eyebrow trimming workshop organised by Veet Malaysia in launching its new beauty gadget ~ Veet Sensitive Touch. This is a game-changing device that comes with various detachable heads (with different sizes of cutting blades) to facilitate accurate & gentle hair trimming at sensitive body parts e.g. eyebrows, upper lip ๐Ÿ‘„, sideburns, underarms & bikini ๐Ÿ‘™lines.
