Open to youths aged 13 to 22 years old in both categories through official registration by educational institutions at the secondary & tertiary levels, the CCC’s Adobe Certified Professional Malaysia National Championship category, currently in its 9️⃣th series, tests the participants’ skills in creating creative content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign based on themes set by the organizer in collaboration 🤝🏻 with NGO Program Strategic Partners in Feb 2024. They will go through 4️⃣ qualifying stages to reach the CCC’s Adobe Certified Professional Malaysia National Championship 2024 Grand Finale where the Grand Champion 🏆 will be chosen. The workshop started with the art instructor 🧕🏼 introduction & then followed by explanation of art tools & materials to be used. Lastly, she has demonstrated the art steps to all participants. She explained all very detailed & calm 💯👍🏻

Highly recommend this fruitful art time workshops for kids & children if your little ones enjoy art in general 🖌️🎨 It’s truly a way for mental health wellness by doing art following your heart ❤️

Step 1

1st, start to draw ✍🏻 a ice cream 🍦 alike, or some people said a shit poo poo 💩 alike

Lol…Ha…Ha…😂😆

Step 2

2nd, to add 2 slight straight stroke ⏸ down from the edge of both the corners of the ice cream alike

Step 3

Next, to add half circle to each of the slight straight stroke down from the edge of both the corners of step 2 above

Step 4

Then, add a long rectangle ➖ at the bottom of the whole steps 1 to 3 above

Note: The rectangle ➖ needs to be paralel with the 2 half circle from step 3 above

Step 5

Turn your art paper with 180 degree ↩️

Yes ✅, your whole doodle from Step 1 to Step 4 will be upside down entirely ↩️

Step 6

Hmm…This step slightly complicated as it consists of 3 small steps

1st, draw 2 small dots ⏺⏺ in the centre of middle square ⬜️ = The Santa Claus 🎅🏻’s eyes 👀

2nd, add a bigger circle 🔘 in the middle of the 2 small dots ⏺⏺ = The Santa Claus 🎅🏻’s nose 👃🏻

Lastly, add a Chinese character 人 (It means human) right below the Santa Claus’s nose 👃🏻

Step 7

Hurray‼️ Almost done‼️ Last step is to add on a hat for Santa Claus 🎅🏻

The picture above is from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare 🇯🇵🌐 which published as an official awareness poster for preventing the spread of COVID-19 on its official website ~ Yes ✅, the official featured Amabie for the purpose of gaining more recognition from the young generations 😃

What’s Yokai Amabie アマビエ❓⁉️

Amabie is a legendary Japanese spirit ~ A mermaid 🧜‍♀️ or merman 🧜‍♂️ creature with fishy scales, long hair, 3️⃣ fin-like legs & a beak emerged from the sea 🌊 ~ believed to predict either a good harvest or a pandemic

It is said that the youkai Amabie appeared in 1846 at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868), appeared in a shining figure from the sea 🌊 He said that he disappeared into the sea again, leaving behind the words 😉

Amabie is said to prophesize or ward against an epidemic. Now it has been spreading as a challenge from the idea of “Let’s draw ✍🏻 Amabie & share all together against Coronavirus‼️“

According to Google Trends, this mythical yokai resurfaced since early March 2020 & its popularity has spread to 5️⃣ continents with its #AMABIEchallenge hashtag
