This restaurant was started since Apr 2012 at ๐Taman Dusun Nanding by a married couple ๐๐ from West Sumatra, Indonesia ๐ฎ๐ฉ & then moved to this curent location๐ 3๏ธโฃ years ago
It’s currently operating by their son ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ named Mr Fadly & ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ daughter in law named Ms Dahlia since early this year, however it will soon moving to another location๐& still within Hulu Langat for the convenience of its regular customers ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ซ either local or outside Hulu Langat ๐๐
Only serving for lunch ๐ฝ๐ด as this restaurant will continue for grilled fish ๐ dining ๐ฝ๐ดafter 5๏ธโฃpm by another owner ๐๐คค
She ๐ฉ๐ป loves โค๏ธ the foods served here especially a fish ๐ dish named “Ikan Pais” ~ Steamed ikan kembung (her favourite โค๏ธ fish ๐ to enjoy) with spicy ๐ถ spices ๐ฟ๐ฑ wrapped in banana leaf ๐
She ๐ฉ๐ป has finished ๐๐คค a whole ikan ๐ pais by herself, ha…ha…Very tasty delicious ๐๐คคโผ๏ธ๐๐ป

It’s very tasty ๐๐คค especially more of its gulai sauce (in yellow ๐) on the rice ๐ , yummy๐๐คคโผ๏ธ
ii. Sambal Tempoyak Ikan Bilis ๐ถ๐ถ๐ (in Malaysia๐ฒ๐พ’s national language)
This dishes ๐ฝ really well cooked with durian fruits, onions & anchovies๐ All blended well ๐๐ป with the durian fragrant while enjoyed it ๐๐คค
It looks oily in its red orangy โค๏ธ๐งก spicy chilies ๐ถ oil, however sweet & appetitive tasty ๐๐ป๐๐คค to enjoy itโผ๏ธ
Not โ durian season, not to worry๐ , you still get to enjoy this dish ๐๐คค as enough durian supplies will be reserved & cold stored in the fridge ya ๐๐ป๐๐ป
iii. Sambal Daun Palembang ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐
According to the Kerinci ๐ฒ๐จ ethnic locals here, this spicy chilies ๐ถ sauce with Palembang leaves ๐ฟ๐๐ฑ is a must have to pairing with other dishes while dining ๐ฝ๐ด๐๐คค
It’s heavily cooked with Palembang leaves๐ฟ๐๐ฑ, not โ with belacan, so a healthy ๐๐ป version of spicy chilies ๐ถ sauce. Tomatoes ๐ are added โโ to this sauce, so it tastes spicy sweet๐๐ป๐ถ๐
