This resort 🏢🛌🚿🚽💦💧 is not new, in fact it’s with quite a number of years since establishment. However, this recent visit & stay vacation was the 1️⃣st experience of her 👩🏻

It’s surrounding with the Malaysia 🇲🇾 ‘s largest manmade freshwater lake 💦💧 (7️⃣k acres) named Bukit Merah 🏞💦💧 & approximately 3️⃣-hour drive 🚐 from Kuala Lumpur city & through Bukit Merah toll Exit 150 along the North-South Expressway 🛣

After buffet lunch 🍽🍴@ Lelac Cafe, she 👩🏻 went to check-in 🔐 with her media friend 👭to a standard hotel room 🛌🚿🚽

A simple, clean yet comfy stay with toiletries available. There is no ❌ iron / hair dryer available in the hotel room 🛌

However, no wifi ❌📶 network detection in the hotel room, though the wifi password was printed on the hotel room key 🔑 ‘s envelope 😌

Not just that the new 🆕 Giant Bubble Slide is the 1️⃣st in this region too. Bravo to BMLR‼️👏🏻🙌🏻

Canoeing 🛶 (including water 💦💧 confidence practices 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️) to Pak Tuan Island 🌴 🏝

It was an approximately return trip of 2️⃣km canoeing 🛶 to Pak Tuan Island 🌴🏝& some of her male media friends 👬👬👬👬 were participated & enjoyed the canoeing 🛶

Very good 👍🏻 life safety practice, whether you can swim 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️ or can’t ❌🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️, water confidence ✅🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️ before the canoeing 🛶 is a must

Water confidence 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️💦💧definitely helps to get used to the life jacket 🎽 while you’re in the water 💦💧

This island 🌴🏝 is a fruit orchard, many rambutan trees 🌳🌳 , jackfruit trees as well as “ulam” plants 🌱🌿 named Ulam Cabang Tiga. Ulam means salad 🥗 in Malaysia 🇲🇾 ‘s national language. She 👩🏻 is a vegetables 🥦🥒🥗🌽🍅 & fruits 🍎🍊🍇🍓🍌 lovers (Most of her friends 👫👭👬 called her “cow 🐄🐂” ~ eating green 💚grass 🌱🌿, Ha….Ha…😃😁)

Orang Utan Island 🌴🏝

This island 🌴🏝 is formerly know as Pulau Panjang & it started since 22 Feb 2000 with 35 acre area. 15 acres of it has been set aside for this conservation 💚💚 initiative i.e. As an exhibit for rehabilitation endangered species with provision for further expansion for future phases 💚💚

The Orang Utan i.e. meaning “man 👫 (orang) of the forest 🌳🌳 (hutan)” in Malaysia 🇲🇾 ‘s national language ~ Bahasa Malaysia 🇲🇾 It exhibits a truly human-like mannerism in many facets of its behavior 😃

SiennyLovesDrawing👩🏻 was recently invited to attend the official media launching 🎉🎊 of The Bed KLCC, a new capsule hotel🏢 

Its tagline “Your Bed 🛏 in the Heart of KL”

When 1️⃣st stepped in, it gave her a different feeling that it’s not similar to her earlier travel experience in Japan 🇯🇵, the space management here better. She recalled🤔she can’t sit straight in her tiny capsule space last time during her Osaka travelling🎒

Perhaps the high ceiling here makes a difference though😉

Mr Leslie Cheong, the co-founder cum Executive Director👨🏻‍💼of The Bed KLCC🏢was managing the media’s Q&A ❓❓session at the launching 🎉🎊

He share that “This hotel 🏢is built with an investment of up to RM2️⃣0️⃣million & targets to achieve 5️⃣0️⃣% occupancy by end of 2017, then an increment to 8️⃣0️⃣% occupancy in the beginning of 2018. He aims to launch another 2️⃣ interactive accommodations within the city centre in the next 2️⃣ years.”

Every check-in guest will receive a towel, dental kit & shower cap on the bed 🛏

At 1️⃣st, she felt the mini light bulb was too bright for her to using her laptop & then she realised it is adjustable. Bravo to the thoughtfulness❗️👍🏻

Yeah❗️SiennyLovesDrawing👩🏻 loves ❤️to read📖, so the area she loves the most here is the books 📚collection🤓

She has got her pick📖for her stay ~ Hope In A Jar❗️😙

Reasonable house rules & dining🍽area which allows outside foods, this is really convenience for travellers who wish to try all kinds of Malaysian foods, including street foods😋

The sharing washroom cum shower space is spacious too, with facilities of hair dryer & iron too😍

With the price💰you pay, you can enjoy your breakfast with a selection too😋

SiennyLovesDrawing👩🏻’s breakfast the next morning🔆🔅here, roti canai, sharing a packet of nasi lemak with her capsule neighbour (love❤️the coconut milk fragrant rice, very yummy delicious❗️😋), wheat crackers & toasts (It was dark🖤because her preference & yes, she loves ❤️bread skin too😆)

Hmm…It would be good to have the koko crunch & corn flakes with milk🍼counter too😋Ha…Ha…Just her craving that morning🔆🔅though 🤣

Awesome 2D1N stay vacation at Hotel On The Park

Unsure how many of you know about the Theme Park Hotel 🏢 in Genting Highlands 🛤🚠🚡, Malaysia 🇲🇾 ?

(Note: The above photo obtained from Google search, as SiennyLovesDrawing still searching from her family photo albums as her parents said they have visited it when she was young, will update again ya 😊) 

Hmm…It was the oldest hotel 🏢 at Resorts World Genting (RWG) & was built in the 70s (FKA Highlands Hotel). It was then renamed as Theme Park Hotel when the theme park 🎡🎢🎠was built just next to it. Since the closure ❌⛔️of the attraction🎡🎢🎠in 2013, it followed to a closure too ❌⛔️

Now, this said hotel is re-opened again & named as Hotel On The Park (HOTP) 🏢 ~ a nod to its proximity to the 1️⃣^st-in-the-world 2️⃣0️⃣^th Century Fox World theme park 🎊🎉👏🏻

Then,  a ‘giant’ bench 🛋for its hotel guests 👭👬👫to sit on while waiting for their check-in

Ha…Ha…the room numbers 🔢 are actually all hand painted 🎨🖌on the floor in front of each hotel room door 🚪😲😜

Yeah‼️Free unlimited wifi 📶 in the room ya ✌🏻😄

Since she loves❤️handrawn art, she was really amazed & impressed 😍 with the beautiful line art & cartoons around HOTP 🏢

In lieu of expensive heavy drapes & curtains, artists 👩🏻‍🎨👨🏻‍🎨 were pitched in to hand draw 🎨🖌 the designs in white 💟paint on the blackout 🖤 roller blinds, then resulting in original artworks in every room👍🏻😍 Bravo‼️👍🏻👏🏻

She loves❤️the HOTP’s corridor lighting💡in romance purple💜which illuminates the space in a wash of coloured light 😍

She also loves ❤️ 💞all the directional signs around this HOTP are all ‘handwritten’ 🖊🖋🖌🖍Yeah‼️

Each room with its raised sleeping 🛏 platforms which also serve as storage spaces. The compartments in the platforms are used to store luggage 💼🎒👜, while room safes 🗄are also built into the drawer space 🤗

Guess what❓⁉️

You can purchase every single items in the hotel room to bring back as souvenirs 🎁 or own use at your home 🏡

Clothes👚👕👖👔👗are hung on knobs around which artists 👨🏻‍🎨👩🏻‍🎨have drawn outlines of closets. The tv 📺 set too is hung on brackets, with artwork around it to make it seem that it is enclosed in a TV cabinet 😆

All these creative designs are align to the ‘line of sight 👀’ theory with the goal to have continuous, uninterrupted lines, cum straight lines to a clean ceiling which then gives the impression of space 🤗😉

Yeah‼️After dinner with her blogger friends👫👭👬, she slowly walking 🚶‍♀️back to enjoy the cool breezes back to her hotel, she loves the lightings on HOTP at night 🌃🌌

She had a selfie 🤳 with the hotel 🏢 entrance again before heading back to her room for rest 😴💤

There are vending machines at each level of HOTP 🏢 in case you are hungry 😋 or craving 😋😋 for snacks 🍫🍙🥐while lazying, chilling & watching tv 📺 in the hotel room

You may also get some hot stuffs e.g. mee in cup🍲, hot drinks☕️🍵 , buns 🌭🥐🥖etc. from the Eatopia cafe at the HOTP’s lobby 😀

Very convenient & hassle free within HOTP‼️

Really love ❤️ the English garden 🌳🌿🌹🌺🌻 of HOTP, it’s s so so beautiful & well maintained. Bravo to all the RWG’s gardeners❗️👍🏻👏🏻

The next morning, SiennyLovesDrawing 👩🏻was enjoying her nasi lemak 🍛 (packed from Eatopia cafe) cum self making Nescafé ☕️ breakfast 🍽 in her room with the beautiful window view 🏞

Ohh…She nearly forgot about the most interesting one ‼️😄
