SiennyLovesDrawing 👩🏻 always love ❤️ any kinds of art 🎨🖌 & of course comics too 😍

Hmm…Still recalling some of her childhood 👧🏻’s favourite 😍🤩 comics were Doraemon 💙, Old Master Q 🙋🏻‍♂️etc.

She 👩🏻 has recently participated a workshop 🗣👥👤👥 hosted by MPH publishing📚, it was all about comic art 🎨🖌 for beginners, as well as about comic art passion by Andrea Tan 🙋🏻‍♀️

This workshop 🗣👥👤👥 is specially designed for adults 👩🏻👨🏻🧓🏻👵🏻👴🏻, aims for those who claimed that “I can’t draw 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️🎨🖌”. After attendance, the participants 👫👭👬 will gain basic drawing skills & to tell a story with art 🎨👫 via a fun medium i.e. handrawn comics by inking it 🖋🖊😍🤩

Andrea 🙋🏻‍♀️ also a self taught artist 👩🏻‍🎨 & writer ✍🏻, really got inspired by her art passion too ✌🏻👍🏻

Through her personal journey, art 🎨🖌 has taught her to play again as an adult 🙋🏻‍♀️ She has shared about using art 🎨🖌 as a practice of self-care💗, especially for grownups because most of the people 👫👬👭 tend to forget ❌ to play & have fun when all busy adulting respectively, more via her FB page & IG 🌐 @andrealism

2) How to make comics❓⁉️
• Workshop materials 🖊✍🏻usage briefing
• Planning stages: Thinking in visuals & words ~ How to write ✍🏻 the script & sketch ✏️the draft visualisation on a piece of paper 📝

• Explanation about the 3️⃣-Act Story Structure,
(i) Beginning (Panel 1️⃣) ~ Setting the scene: Who, Where, When, What
(ii) Middle (Panels 2️⃣ & 3️⃣) ~ What’s the goal 🥅 to achieve etc.
(iii) End (Panel 4️⃣) – The moral of the story/ resolution etc.
• Tips on sketching with pencil ✏️ 1️⃣st, then inking 🖊

• How to draw “You” (Yes✅, own self in your artwork) as the character of your own comic using simple shapes ⚫️⬛️

3) Quick demo by instructor 🙋🏻‍♀️ ~ Drawing panels, sketching, inking etc.

Part 2 
• Participants’ 👫👭👬 turn ~ To making own mini comics with the provided Story Template. Draw ✏️ own self as the character in own storyline
