Health is wealth indeed! I’m happy to see that many families went to this event. 🙂 I have not tried Zumba yet. Looks fun. Maybe I should finally heed my husband’s suggestion soon so I can lose weight through dancing Zumba. 🙂

Health is something that people should prioritze more than other things. HSC really did something great about this world health day! Some are scared of having themselves checked and would just rely on self-medication. But with this, not only they are raising awareness but also allowing people to more informed about taking care of their health.

This is a very good initiative from hospitals and medical centers. This is because some people are scared to visit their general practitioner just to have a check up even if they are feeling okay. Hopefully more medical centers will do this to help people in the community be aware of being healthy. Thanks for sharing!
