Next, the introduction & presentation of 3️⃣ signature recipes which led by Mr Shane Cheng, the Technical Manager 👨🏻‍💼of Puratos Malaysia. All the attendees 👭👫👬 were delighted by this “next level experience” i.e. item 8️⃣ mentioned above ~ 1️⃣ of the key trends noted from the Taste Tomorrow 2019 survey findings 📑

1️⃣ Macchiato Chocolate 🍫 Cake 🍰(pairing with sparkling water 💦💧 )

It’s with 25% sugar reduction ⬇️ & contains Belgium 🇧🇪 chocolate 🍫 powder that offerring a dark bittersweet taste 😋🤤

This is not just a new 🆕 innovative reduced ⬇️ sugar cake 🍰 recipe creation, also a brand new 🆕 health & well-being product

2️⃣ Strawberry 🍓 Croissant 🥐

3️⃣ Cold Coconut 🌴🥥 Mango Cocktail

Lastly, a visit to various thematic market places to presenting the different products & technologies available by Puratos 😁

1️⃣ Chocolat Lover Café 🍫

All the products were made by the Real Belgian 🇧🇪 Chocolate, Belcolade 🍫 This offerred the attendees 👫👬👭 a brief insight on the Cacao Trace, a unique chocolate 🍫 sustainability program ~ For better farmer, better cocoa & better chocolate

A selection of Belcolade Cacao Trace products were introduced via the chocolate 🍫 recipes pairing 😋🤤

2️⃣ The Authentic Sourdough Bakery

It aims to highlighting the good old days bread 🥖🍞 flavour & various healthy bread 🥖🍞 mixes. 1️⃣ of the key featured ingredients ~ O-tentic, the active bakery component & being used for various breadpairing recipes & especially for making traditional baguette 🥖

3️⃣ The Delectable Patisserie Salon booth

It aims to showcasing all the fine patisserie 🍰🥧🥨 including Tegral Satin-Velvet range, the SALP Free Cake Mixes, pairing with different filling e.g. fruit 🍇🍈🍉 fillings, glazes & the non-dairy cream & all to impressed the attendees 👬👫👭 with both visual & taste

4️⃣ The Tomorrow Technology market place 

This booth has showcased the interesting sensory test which to aligning to the trends of health, taste & freshness 😉

It aims to highlighting various product technologies & solutions. This includes Technical Fillings which is bake, freeze & thaw stable, bakery flavours in creating the customer’s signature bread 🥖🍞 recipe & Acti-Fresh, the cake 🍰🎂 freshness solutions
