It has been providing New Zealand 🇳🇿’s well-know brand, Anchor dairy 🥛 🧀 products to the Malaysian 🇲🇾 food service industry. It dedicates in fostering the development of local bakery & HORECA channels via its product innovation & recipe creations👍🏻😃
This 3️⃣rd Challenge is a 4️⃣-day competition which started from 13.3.2018 to 16.3.2018 with 3️⃣ categories namely Culinary, Cake 🍰 & Pastries 🥧 Culinary & Pastry maestros 👨🏻🍳👩🏻🍳 have been invited to form the luminary panel of judges,
Pastry 🥧 Category: Chef 👨🏻🍳 Jean Francois Arnaud MOF (Head Judge), Chef 👨🏻🍳 Nazeri Ismail & Chef 👨🏻🍳 Arthur Heng. The contestants 👫👭👬 are required to create a simple croissant 🥐 & a Danish🥖 While for Cake 🍰 category, each contestant is required to create 2️⃣ types of cakes 🍰🍰 with Mango & Strawberry 🍓 themes
Culinary 👨🏻🍳👩🏻🍳 Category: Chef 👨🏻🍳 Gerhard Albrecht (Head Judge), Chef 👨🏻🍳 Fami Taufeq & Chef 👨🏻🍳 Sabri Hassan. the contestants 👭👫👬 are required to prepare a harmonised 3️⃣-course meal with the theme of Land & Sea 🌊 of Malaysia 🇲🇾 , an inculcated twist of Modern French 🇫🇷 Cuisine

Anchor butter is my favorite so far. I enjoy having toast with Anchor butter and get a pat for each bite! It’s amazing the recipes created at this culinary challenge with Anchor as the main ingredient. I just learned that they also have cheeses and varieties of creams and milks.

I love Anchor dairy products especially their butter. I can actually put large amount of them on a single bread haha.
I never had a chance to attend a Pastry Culinary challenge like this but I would love to. I am a pastry lover and I love the craft itself. Pasty making unlike other cooking involves creativity and i think that is exactly what they showed here. Those are wonderfully decorated cakes and I would rather display them than eat them haha
