Sukkiri Cha ~ healthy detox routine

Yeah! Special thanks 🙏 to the trust gained with a product sponsorship of 2️⃣ weeks supplies to review Sukkiri Cha 🍵🙂

Received Sukkiri Cha via courier 📭📦 & was excited 😁 to try this Japanese 🇯🇵 Traditional Tea 🍵, frankly at the same time, SiennyLovesDrawing was worried too 😳

Why❓

It is because Sukkiri Cha helps with constipation & digestion, also for healthy body detox routine. So, would then SiennyLovesDrawing ended up go toilet 🚽 & “baked smelly chocolate 🍫 cakessss 🎂 ” ❓😆😝 Ha…Ha…

SiennyLovesDrawing was impressed with the very neat packaging done with care to avoid product damage during 📦 📭 courier/ postage 👍🏻😀

Really amazed with the thoughtfulness of how Japanese 🇯🇵 people in ensuring their products information & details 📄 are with English translation for their foreign consumers 👍🏻

If you can read & understand Japanese, you don’t need the English translation details 🤓

Each box 📦 with a zip bag of 7️⃣ tea bags, its 6️⃣ herb ingredients include Helianthus Tuberosus, Sicklepod SeedsAcanthus Morning Candle Foliage, Lemon Grass, Camelia Sinensis & Rose Hip

SiennyLovesDrawing 👩🏻 loves Chinese dumplings, so with this tea 🍵, she got no worries about any digestion problem of consuming. Reason being, she can really enjoy dumplings throughout the whole day dining 🍴🍽 i.e. Breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner & supper 😂🤣

Actually you can choose your tea flavour accordingly to the timing of you dipped each tea bag to consume as suggested by Sukkiri Cha either 2️⃣ mins, 3️⃣ mins or 5️⃣ mins

It is recommended for 200ml/ consume time for a day & for 1st time consumer, better to start with 3️⃣ mins, then to adjust by time for 5️⃣ mins or longer then for a thicker & stronger ☕️ flavour ☺️

* A special thank you 🙏 to her papa 👴🏻 to become her hand model of holding & preparing Sukkiri Cha 🍵 in the video clip when she captured it 😃

For SiennyLovesDrawing, she actually let the tea bag 🌱🍃in her glass tumbler & refilled hot water then to consume it as a healthy detox tea drink whole day 😋

She is loving it ‼️💕

Sukkiri Cha 🍵 is very smooth to drink, the herbal smell & taste is acceptable too 👍🏻

Even the tea went strongest ☕️ at time, it doesn’t taste bitter at all, that’s the reason why she loves it & let the tea bag in the glass tumbler as her whole day supply 😄

So, you maybe curious how often she went toilet❓⁉️

She doesn’t experienced diarrhea or stomach discomfort effect at all, in fact she has more regularised toilet habit now i.e. twice a day 🤗👍🏻

Hmm…Where to get your Sukkiri Cha❓⁉️

You may get 🛒from selected MyVillageGrocer outlets i.e. Citta Mall (at Japanese 🇯🇵 food section), Mont Kiara, Atria, MyTown & KL Gateway Mall etc.

Below was snapped 📸 during her recent visit to Citta Mall 🏢 to stock up for more Sukkiri Cha 🍵

During her trial consumption of more than 2️⃣ weeks because she has actually stopped for a gap of 3️⃣ days in between for twice due to her menstruation period & she was down with fever & flu (it was mentioned that not to take Sukkiri Cha when on medication) 😷

She resumed her Sukkiri Cha daily drinking habit after she recovered then 🤗

Note: SiennyLovesDrawing has clarified with Sukkiri Cha management 👨🏻‍💼👩🏻‍💼team that better not to consume by pregnant lady🤰, kids 👶🏻👦🏻👧🏻 & old folk 👴🏻👵🏻 in case they are with poor health condition, so recommended not ❌ to take the risk of consuming it

Let’s “Tea Cycle” ♻️ the used tea bags

Hmm…SiennyLovesDrawing 👩🏻 would like to share some beautiful & go green ways of “Tea Cycle” ♻️ the used tea bags learnt from her research & own experiences 🙂

Since she has decided to consume Sukkiri Cha on a long term basis 😃 (Hmm…would she continue to get Sukkiri Cha 🍵 product sponsorship❓ Hopefully yes ya 👌🏻✌🏻🤗)

Conditioning dry hair 💇🏻

The moderate amounts of caffeine in tea can help increase hair growth & hair volume as well as to restore the shine of your hair ☺️🙂

To give a natural shine to dry hair, use a quart (liter) of warm, unsweetened tea ☕️ (freshly brewed or instant) as a final rinse after your regular shampoo as leave-in hair treatment

Relax your eyes 👀👁

The used tea bags help to revitalize tired, achy/ puffy eyes ❌

How❓⁉️

Do keep the used tea bags in a closed container, then place in the refrigerator until cool, then place the refrigerated tea bags on your eyes for 🔟➕🔟 mins as cold compresses to help eliminate those dark circles under your eyes. The caffeine will shrink the blood vessels around your eyes 👀, hence reduces the dark & puffy appearance. While the tannins as antioxidants from the leaves 🌱🍃will stimulate blood circulation & diminish the bags as well as dark circles under your eyes👁👁

This also helps to relieve redness, swelling & refreshes tired eyes especially after long hours of staring at a computer, reading, watching or almost everything we do daily challenges our eyes👀

Refrigerator refresher

Do put the used tea bags on a open container & then place it inside the refrigerator. You will be amazed that your refrigerator will not have any unpleasant food smells then

As plant fertilizer

Do open up the used tea bag, then pour out the dried leaves from the bag into your plant pot. You may mix it with your plant existing soil in the pot, or just the tea leaves alone also serve the purpose as fertilizer for your plant

So, do remember to “Tea Cycle” ♻️ your Sukkiri Cha tea 🌱🍃 bags ya‼️😍

  1. I am what i like to consider myself as an amatuer tea connoisseur. Which makes it surprising that I’ve never heard of this particular tea. I’m going to search for it here and see if I can get my hands on some because I’m always on the lookout for a good detox tea.

  2. I’m not a tea person, but I think I’ll consider drinking this one. It has so many benefits and it’s really effective for a detox and I need to do a cleanse because I feel so unhealthy. Haha. I think it’s time to get serious and look for this tea!

  4. It’s interesting to know that you can use the teabags after they have been brewed as well. I would have never thought to use them as a fridge refresher, what a great idea! I have never done a tea detox because I am not really into tea. I did however hear about the great benefits natural tea has on the body.

  6. It definitely has a lot of uses. I missed drinking tea. I always use to drink one before but I noticed that there are teas that makes my milk supply slower so I currently skipped on drinking one. Will do more research and will see what causes the low milk supply.

  7. This is a great tea since it cleanses your body from harmful toxins. Also, what a great company they are to provide translation so other people could actually understand what’s on the packaging. What I love about tea bags is how you could still use it after brewing it. Just like what you did, I tried that too and boy, it was truly effective!

  8. I am a great fan of drinking tea – and I am not even from Britain. 😀 I have my own tea time moment every day. But I have never heard for a Japanese tea which is quite interesting since it seems to be really cool and healthy. I hope I will soon get a chance to try it.

  9. I’m more familiar with matcha tea. It’s actually my first time seeing Japanese traditional tea for detox. You’ve mentioned that its taste is herbal. I wonder how it exactly tastes like. It’s so nice of you to show more use of the tea after it has been drunk.
