Customers who purchased & activated the Buzzme World 🌎SIM Starterpack 📱📲with below simple steps will make their travelling 🛫🛬 much more enjoyable with m8 World SIM feature.

1. Register ~ To register your starterpack, do send an email 📧to hello@buzzme.com.my with full name, Identification Card (IC) no., birthdate, email 📧, address 🏡, BuzzMe no. & a scanned copy of both sides of IC
2. Getting Started ~ To insert the SIM card into the mobile device 📱📲💻 (however, it will not work on devices that are SIM-locked by service providers), connect to wifi 📳& download m8 World SIM app
3. Login ~ Login with the mobile📱no. & app password 🔢 (you may change it after 1st login) as printed on the SIM card, then register details as required. To receive SMS  notification & email 📧 upon completion
4. Before Departure ~ To purchase💰(all plans are charged in USD💵) a subscription plan of the destination country from the app & payment can be made via the existing prepaid wallet/ credit card💳 To receive SMS & email 📧once the transaction is successfully completed. The destination country’s mobile 📱no. automatically pre-assigned will appear on the app together with the purchased subscription plan. Note: Purchased plans can only be used on the purchasing SIM card & no ❌refundable (i.e. you cannot❌cancel your plan purchased) nor transferable 🔄
5. Arriving Abroad ~ Login to the app & select the destination country’s subscription plan. SIM card will latch onto the partner’s network 🌐as a local SIM. The 1st usage abroad of the plan shall commence from this point onwards (expire in 60 days) & can now enjoy trip while being connected to the world🌎Note: All prepaid numbers used in foreign destinations will be recycled ♻️once the plan expired, unable❌to reuse the no. for your next trip to the same foreign destination.
6. Back home ~ Login to the app & select the home country’s mobile no. to use the local SIM
