SiennyLovesDrawing was invited by her Muslim foodie, Zayani to enjoy a Ramadhan bazaar theme buffet 🍽🍴launching at The Big Apple Restaurant, Berjaya Times Square Hotel 🏢KL (BTS) with her family members recently 😃

It was truly an awesome dining moment with Zayani’s family members 👴🏻👵🏻💏, they were so friendly & welcoming 😁

Opps…SiennyLovesDrawing forgot to snap a group photo with this lovely Zayani’s family…Sigh…missed a photo as a sweet memory though ☺️🙁

When 1^st stepped into the dining floor, SiennyLovesDrawing was amazed 😀 that the whole Level 14 of BTS 🏢 has actually transformed into a lively & inviting bazaar atmosphere.

Yes! Yes! 

It’s just like any of the classic Ramadhan bazaar stalls that reminiscent of those found in popular outdoor bazaars around Malaysia. The stalls are serving the Lempeng Kelapa 🌴, Lamb 🐑 Briyani, Ikan🐟Keli, Cencaru Bakar, Pucuk Manis UbiKeledek, Otak Otak Muar, Murtabak Istimewa, Ayam 🐓Goreng Uncle Bakri amongst many of the must-try traditional Malay dishes & also the Ulam-Ulam 🌿🌱Tempatan, ready-made salads for a lighter & healthier options 👍🏻

The special Kedah Claypot Fish Head Curry 🥘, a signature dish by the BTS’s Sous Chef, Chef  👨🏻‍🍳 Yusoff will be serving by using his grandmother’s 👵🏻 family recipe of using the freshest ingredients & aromatic spices

It was really a priviledged chance to view the live cooking demo by Chef 👨🏻‍🍳 Yusoff!

There are about more than 200 authentic local Malaysian 🇲🇾 cuisines for its customers to enjoy.

“Guests will be able to experience 1st hand what the contemporary Malaysia 🇲🇾 food bazaar is like in Malaysia during Ramadhan. We strive to emulate the lively atmosphere of a bazaar & give our guests an authentic and memorable dining 🍽🍴experience. With over 200 dishes, guests will be able to indulge just like they do at the outdoor bazaar but this time, they can enjoy their food in a more comfortable setting,” said Mondi Mecja, Area General Manager 👨🏻‍💼 of BTS

Then, the Nasi Briyani Gam Batu Pahat will be served with traditional herbs & spices & is specially prepared by Chef 👨🏻‍🍳Yusoff & it will be available for takeaway at the stalls located at the lobby of the hotel. It comes in 2 delectable choices; chicken 🐓or lamb 🐑

SiennyLovesDrawing was impressed & really enjoyed her desserts 🍰🎂🍦🍮🍩dining too during this buffet 😋

Dining time 🕢: 6.30pm to 10.30pm

💲RM128nett/ pax; RM58nett/ kid in the 1st & 4th week

💲RM138nett/pax, RM68nett/ kid for the 2^nd & 3^rd week

Early bird vouchers are also available for purchase at RM100nett/ pax & RM50nett/ kid

You can enjoy a private Ramadhan buffet 🍽at RM118nett/ pax, with a min of 10 tables. 

For every 10 confirmed tables, guests will receive a complimentary table.
