It is a sub brand created under Taiwan Chien-Yen Group 台湾千叶连锁餐饮集团 since 2014, with its main specialty ~ All-You-Can-Eat Sukiyaki by utilizing the history of the Spring & Autumn seasons as its name “Chun Ciou” 春秋. The 4 steps to customize the signature sauce,

• To add sesame sauce as sweeter
• To add an egg yolk as smoother
• To add the chopped shallot in adding more layerings to the taste
• To add the shichimi as spicier

This is the recommended recipe of golden egg yolk sukiyaki sauce by Chunciou Hot Pot.

This sauce can enhance the texture & juiciness of the meat while making the temperature just nice to stimulate your taste buds.

It also adds juiciness to the fresh-cooked meat, while bringing down that hot pot heat.
